1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DentaSage website and its services. You confirm your agreement by accessing the site or booking a session.

2. The service

DentaSage provides online dental guidance, patient education and second-opinion consultations conducted over a call. DentaSage is not a clinic and does not provide treatment, diagnoses, prescriptions or emergency services, and does not replace an in-person clinical examination by a dentist.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age. A session concerning a minor must be booked and attended by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Bookings & consultations

Sessions are reserved through our scheduling partner. You agree to provide accurate contact information, including the phone number on which the consultation call will take place.

5. Fees & payment

• Introductory chats may be offered free of charge over WhatsApp at DentaSage's discretion.
• Consultation pricing is displayed before booking (for example, Quick Clarity ₹499; Detailed Clarity Session ₹999), inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Your time is reserved exclusively for you once payment is completed successfully.

6. Rescheduling, cancellations & refunds

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before your session at no charge.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed sessions (“no-shows”), are non-refundable.
• Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds for technical failures or scheduling issues may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information regarding your dental history, symptoms, reports, radiographs and photographs; to be available at your scheduled time; and to use the service lawfully. Recording of a session without prior consent is not permitted.

8. No clinical relationship

Use of the service does not establish a clinical doctor–patient relationship for hands-on treatment.

9. Confidentiality & privacy

Information you share remains confidential and is used for the purpose of delivering the service. DentaSage does not sell your personal data.

10. No guarantee of outcome

DentaSage cannot guarantee any diagnosis, treatment outcome, symptom resolution, or treatment success.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and the DentaSage name and logo — is owned by DentaSage and may not be reproduced without authorization.

12. Limitation of liability

DentaSage and Dr Chitra Sood shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on information provided. Any liability is limited to the session fee paid.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DentaSage and Dr Chitra Sood from any claims arising out of misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Guwahati, Assam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

15. Changes to these terms

DentaSage may modify these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
